Steel City Science and Technology Innovation Center Project

Our unit undertook the general contracting (EPC) project of Jinan City Gangcheng District Science and Technology Center Project. This project is located in Gangcheng District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, west of Taida Road, east of Yongxing Road, south of Muwen River, and Yingfeng Street. North, with beautiful environment and convenient transportation, with a total construction area of 87183.56 square meters. Among them, the above-ground construction area is 64959.72 square meters, and the underground construction area is 22,223.84 square meters. This project consists of three parts: 1# office building, 2# hotel, 3# R&D and business services. 1# office building has 24 floors above ground, 2# hotel has 12 floors above ground, and 3# R&D and commercial services 3 floors above ground and some 5 floors.
